Simplicity
The cultural pressure of consumerism, especially during the Christmas season season, has broken its promise to offer us the good life! But the truth is, none of this is news to us! We would go out on a limb to say that most of us know something is wrong with the way we do Christmas, so why hasn’t anything changed? Is there a better way? Or, are we forever stuck, drowning in the sea of stuff which is Christmas mayhem?
Our goal for the next month as we re:simplify, is to move towards a life that embodies a more simplified vision: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” (Mathew 6:33).
